These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Listing Rescue website and services provided by Bogdan Chiotea ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Listing Rescue provides optimization consulting for Airbnb and Booking.com property listings. Our services include:

• Listing Check — a complimentary visibility check showing how the algorithm scores your listing
• Listing Rescue Pack — a comprehensive optimization package including rewritten titles, descriptions, SEO improvements, photo sequencing advice, and pricing strategy recommendations
• Dual Platform Pack — optimization for both Airbnb and Booking.com listings

2. What We Deliver

Our paid services result in a written optimization report delivered via email. This report contains recommendations and rewritten content for your listing. We do not make changes directly to your Airbnb or Booking.com accounts — implementation is your responsibility.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While our recommendations are based on industry best practices and proven optimization techniques, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased bookings, higher rankings, or revenue growth. Listing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, property quality, pricing, seasonality, and platform algorithm changes.

4. Payment

Prices for our services are listed on our website and confirmed before purchase. Payment is due before delivery of the optimization report. We accept payment methods as communicated during the ordering process.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our optimization report, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided you have not yet implemented the changes on your listing. To request a refund, email help@listingrescue.co.

The listing check is complimentary and does not involve any payment or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The optimization report we deliver becomes yours to use for your listing(s). However, our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general know-how remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our reports to provide competing services.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and listing
• Have the legal right to modify the listings you submit for optimization
• Implement changes at your own discretion and responsibility
• Comply with Airbnb and Booking.com terms of service when implementing our recommendations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, listing suspension, or account issues on any platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Listing Rescue is an independent consulting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Airbnb, Inc. or Booking Holdings. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Platform terms, policies, and algorithms may change without notice.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
